BDS 3960 PPB 氧分析儀

Model InstaTrans (3001) Oxygen Transmitter
The Insta Trans is a two-wire, loop-powered 4-20 mAoxygentransmitter packaged within a weather tight NEMA-4 housing.Theproduct was named for its built-in level of flexibility. Itcaninstantly transform from ppm to percent (or vice-versa) simplybychanging out the Teledyne sensor and resetting the range scaleofthe unit to ppm or percent via the function keypad.

The Insta Trans has six user selectable ranges from 0-10 ppm to0-25%. The user can easily change to the preferred range via thebuiltin function keypad. In addition, depending on the corrosivenatureof the sample, the Insta Trans can be supplied with eitherstainlesssteel or nylon wetted parts.

Intrinsically Safe Design

The Insta Trans can be used in a general purpose,nonhazardousenvironment or a hazardous area. When used in Division1 orequivalent hazardous / classified locations, the Insta Transmustbe installed in conjunction with optional intrinsicsafetybarriers. The Insta Trans is designed as instrinsically safeforuse in Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, & D hazardousareasor EExiaIICT4 (60°C), and certified by Factory Mutual,BASEEFA, andATEX.

The Insta Trans is self-certified by Teledyne as suitable forClassI, Division 2 areas without the use of I/S barriersutilizingspecific installation guidelines.

This unit monitors oxygen in nitrogen, hydrogen, argon,ethylene,butadiene, and other pure gases and gas mixtures.Applications forthis unit include process control in manyindustries as well asquality assurance.
